How to fix iPhone 15 heating issue when using a 25W Samsung adapter for charging and while working?

It is not unusual for an iPhone to become warm when being used or charged - more so when using some types of iPhone case. High screen brightness and/or CPU intensive Apps will also create much more heat.
The key point is that whilst your iPhone may become very warm in normal use, the iPhone should not become uncomfortably hot to handle. If your iPhone is becoming too hot to hold, you should take your iPhone along to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians can examine and test your iPhone for faults.
If you suspect the Samsung Power Adapter to be to source of the problem, consider swapping for suitable Apple Power Adapter. Many USB-C Power Adapters use proprietary charging standards (such as QC - Quick Charge) that are not supported by Apple devices. Apple USB-C Power Adapters use USB PD (Power Delivery), this being an industry standard supported by all recent Apple devices.
