I’m trying to download what app on my iPhone and I don’t have no account to do it with you. Please help me get one app on my phone and download it and help me out because I don’t have no checking account beside my Apple account to put it on it.

To get any app other than the basic ones Apple provides with any device, you need to sign into the App Store. To do this you must have an Apple Account (such as the one you used to sign into this forum to be able to post here). Go to the App Store app and sign into your account. If you have downloaded this app previously it should show up under your purchases. If not, search for the app and tap "Get".

If you do not see the app in your purchase history it may have been purchased by a previous owner of the device or another person who signed into your device. That app is tied to their Apple Account and can only be re-downloaded by them. You can download it but you will have to buy it again. For that you will have to add a payment method.

I’m trying to get what app back on my phone because I’ve always had it and every time I go to put out what they want me put some credit card numbers on my phone and I don’t have a credit card or anything like that I need your help to put what app and set it up for me please help me I’m 77 years old and I need help.
I just went to the Apple store yesterday and had my phone set back up because it hasn’t been working right and they done everything they could but they said that your company took my old phone back and whoever said that the last time put in lock where are lockdown and shut me off and I cannot get any length to come in. They said that you would have to help me to get my old phone and go and shut down lock mode. Want that guy done to my phone and that’s what’s going on with my phone and I cannot get any work at all on my life for no length open up.
