I am using iPhone 12 Mini and i not getting personal hotspot option at all. i tried resetting network setting but it is still same. there is not option to select personal hotspot. can you please help. software is update 18.5

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
Also, make sure your phone has the latest carrier customization settings→Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If neither of these solve the problem contact your carrier, as the personal hotspot is managed by your carrier.

Contact your cell carrier. The personal hotspot is a feature that must be supported by your cell provider and if they do not support it, you will not have the option on your iPhone.
