One handed keyboard doesn't work on iPhone 14 Pro
On settings I have gone to General and Keyboard but there is no setting for a one handed keybord.

Do you happen to be on Zoom Display? Go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Display Zoom > Make sure that is set to Default. One handed keyboards won’t work with it enabled.
