Why would you be asked to sign into a “null” account?

  • May be a problem with your account.
  • May be a glitch resolved with a restart.
  • May be resolved by signing out of your iCloud and signing back in.
  • May be attempting to activate iMessage/FaceTime without signing into a valid iCloud account.
  • May be attempting to update apps that was downloaded with a now deleted/inactive account.
