That is the internal model identifier, not the model name you are used to seeing in stores and ads. Also no need to be reading the analytics as lobsterghost1 states as they have no real meaning for us users and are only used for Apple and developers.
Apple chose that to be its internal model identifier; their list takes the iPhone SEs into account.

According to MacTracker, that is the internal model ID for an iPhone 16.
If you're looking in Analytics, your iPhone's actual name there is 17,3. Analytics are not meant for users to read or interpret.
You are seeing the correct model identifier for your phone. There is nothing wrong.
