i have a iphone 14, how come I dont have the option to download ios 26

Please help

Because it isn't available yet. Right now, it's a developer release. Essentially, alpha software. The public beta is a ways off.

The Public Beta will not be available for another month or so. You would not want to install the beta unless you have a spare phone to install the software.

The official release version of iOS 26 will be available in the fall.

iOS 26 is in beta testing only available to developers at this time. You will need to wait for the final release this Fall to get it.
