my iphone 14 got wet and now ots making a clicking sound when i use the camera or flashlight

Once the phone got wet, it should have been powered OFF IMMEDIATELY, placed in a dry warm location and not turned on for a couple days at least. Once turned on, if it isn't OK, an appointment at your closest Apple Store should be made, where it will be checked. But if it shows liquid detection, Apple won't attempt any repairs on the phone as liquid damage cannot be repaired. If that is your reality, you should be prepared to purchase a replacement iPhone.
