Can't install iOS 18.5 on my iPhone 13 as update is showing paused
I have 13 and software update is paused how can I install it ?

Are you on Wifi and your phone plugged in with at least 50% battery charge?
Are you possibly on Low Power Mode - Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode
