Just looking at your screenshot, if something isn't working as expected, it could be because you are in Low Power Mode on your iPhone. Turn Low Power Mode off.

As this is a user to user only forum, we can't give you a definitive answer, but I'd think there's a good chance that yes, you will need to replace the screen on your iPhone.
