How can I update?

Could just be a brief outage or issue with that software server.

That’s an update to Finder. Or to iTunes, on older configurations.

It’s not one of the more familiar updates to macOS.

You’ll probably need to restart your Mac, and then it’ll install.

Did you try updating your iPhone? You do not need to be connected to your Mac, if that solves your issue.
