How can I stop my AirPods from turning down volume?
When listening to music and sing the volume turns down , I want to reverse this

Sounds like you have the Personalized Volume feature turned on. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the “i” symbol next to the name of your AirPods, and turn off Personalized Volume. See Use Adaptive Audio with your AirPods - Apple Support for more information.
