How would I go about getting a new invitation code for test flight?

It is up to app developers to decide whether and when to issue TestFlight codes. They can send e-mail directly to people they want to invite, or publish public links if they are looking for more testers.
If a developer has not sent you an invitation, or published a public invitation, it may mean that they are not open to giving you a code or adding you as a tester at the moment.
