Reusing company email as apple ID

Hi,

Last month we have enabled domain capture as a part of ABM federation with Google workspace. We have around 26 users who are using company email as Apple id on company owned MAC. They all got emails asking to change primary email address. Also few of them are not getting the option to transfer the account for work. not sure why. one of the user hasn't taken any action and his apple id got changed to @temporary.appleaccount.com and promoting for password. Not sure if this is expected. How long he can continue to use this temp account xxx@temporary.appleaccount.com. can he sign out and sign in using company email address on the same MAC? if so, will he retain all the data that was previously accessible using old apple id (which is company email) ? If not, what are the options available?
