Trying to hook up to my brother printer on my iPhone it tells me I need IP 17.0 download I tried it does not work what am I doing wrong please help

To get to iOS 17......
There is no iOS 17 to get to, since iOS 17 is no longer available.
The phones mentioned above would be able to update to iOS 18.7.7.
