Palm Rejection not working after the new iPadOS 26 After updating my iPad Air 5 to the latest iPadOS 26, the palm rejection is broken. When I try to write something(with my palm on the screen), it draws some random horizontal/vertical lines. Before, there was no problem like this, but now I can only write with my hand lifted, so the only thing that will have contact with the screen is my Apple Pencil. Palm rejection on my iPad suddenly stopped working, I don I have a 7th generation iPad which has been working well. I was using an app called good notes and a stylus (not apple pen) to write some lecture notes. This function has worked perfectly for over a year. I started writing today and it was fine, however suddenly palm rejection stopped working so the pen would not write when my palm was on the screen.

Palm rejection is a feature of all iPad models. There are no settings or controls for palm rejection.
