iPhone 12 Max Pro replacement issues with AppleCare+

Looking for advise maybe from someone who has run into this. I just did Apple Express at the end of May. The replacement phone they sent was refurbished and has numerous problems. I immediately got a hold

of Apple and they troubleshooted over the phone and then ended up telling me to to do a factory reset and first setup with my icloud back up and if that didn't fix it then to do it again and set up as new phone. None of it worked and over the next week and a half I have been told by Apple Support to do the same thing no less than three times even after telling them that has been done. So right now I am getting the

run around. They put another 1200.00 hold on my credit card last week. Have been on hold with them for who knows how many hours, was told the day before yesterday that the phone was shipped but it still has not to this day. Today they told me that they have no iphone 12 max pro's so I have to wait. I repeated the same thing to them again that I have stage 4cancer and need a working phone. It isn't my fault that you do not have any iphone 12 max pro's, when that happens they are to upgrade you to the next available iphone they have. He said he knew that but they did not want to. I could not believe what he was telling me. I could not get any advisors above him to talk to me. He said he would email me when he had an answer. So here I am after spending $13 = dollars a month since 2021, with an iphone that does not work, a $1200 hold on my card and they expect me to understand they do not want to give me an upgraded phone. They could care less that I have cancer and desperately need a phone. I have no idea where to go to now.

Who said I was asking AppleCare+ to change anything? You might go back and read what I wrote again. AppleCare+ says if you use Apple Express then they will send you a direct replacement of your phone and if they do not have one then they will send an equivalent upgrade. When I told them that over the phone the gentleman I spoke with said "yes, that is correct but we do not want to". His words not mine. All I want is AppleCare + to fulfill their end of the contract. Not asking for anything more and expect nothing less. I mentioned my medical condition only so they could see why there was a sense of urgency. I just wanted to know if anyone else has ran into that problem so maybe I could get an idea where to go next. Apple finally today sent me another phone and even though I am appreciative, their actions and how they handled this was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Well you really have an answer for everything, well at least you think you do. I came here for the exact reasons you just stated. You said "This platform serves as a space for users to engage in meaningful conversations, share information, and exchange ideas related to Apple products". So are you trying to say that Apple service should not be included in this forum? I would think the service that Apple provides should very much be in here. Again, I was inquiring as to if anyone else ever had an issue like I was having to maybe see how they handled it. I appreciate your "input" but none of those links you provided pertain to my issue. Let me guess, you must be someone who always wanted to work for Apple but just couldn't cut it?
