How can I resolve login errors on ThreeNow app on Apple TV?

Has anyone else had problems with the NZ Three now app? Having to log on everytime. You go to sign on but it tells you all details are incorrect. Turns out once you sign on and it says all details are incorrect you just use the go back button and select the program you want to watch. It’s the constant logging on that’s annoying.
