activating iMessage & FaceTime issue after visiting another country

I tried this method. And I tried many methods for enabling settings from forums using the example of reddit. Unfortunately, no method has a solution to the problem. Apple support from Russia is unable to resolve this technical issue by phone and advised us to contact here. How else can I solve this unpleasant problem?

yes, I can - it works. but I'm have to use my phone number for iMessage and FaceTime because all my contacts don't know my email. and of course, I don't know their email to communicate freely

here seem to be some other users from your region, not being able to activate these Apple Services, using their phone number. But I don‘t know about any existing, blacklisted phone numbers.

Did you keep your phone number and carrier, when you left your country and were living abroad?

Yes, of course, I saved the number and used it in roaming mode with the local operator's SIM card.

Could also be an issue with your eSIM.

Unable to activate iMessage after porting… - Apple Community

This is definitely not my case. I've been with my carrier for 11 years now. Earlier (2 months ago), my number worked perfectly fine in imessage. What other possible solutions are there?

I've already done a factory reset and did a clean install of all my apps again, including cleaning and reinstalling the esim. Unfortunately, it didn't help. It's a very annoying situation and I can't figure out how to get out of it with local support in my country.

I don't have this device and I never had it...
