activating iMessage & FaceTime issue after visiting another country

I'm having trouble activating iMessage & FaceTime after visiting another country for a long time. I've already sent 14 messages to the activation number in UK, but I haven't received any successful activations. I've already reset my phone's settings along with esim, but I'm still not seeing any results. What are the chances that my number is in Apple's spam list, and how long will it take to unlock it? for curators - my phone is original, not jailbraked, and I followed all the instructions on the official website and did everything as described. Please provide an updated response how to resolve

my carrier informed me that all the services for sending and receiving SMS messages are working properly and additionally I have re-released my esim. I also have a statement about the SMS messages delivered to the activation number.

Do you know of any cases where a phone number is added to Apple's spam list and how long it may take to be removed without contacting Apple support for the reasons mentioned earlier?

here seem to be some other users from your region, not being able to activate these Apple Services, using their phone number. But I don‘t know about any existing, blacklisted phone numbers.

Did you keep your phone number and carrier, when you left your country and were living abroad?

Yes, of course, I saved the number and used it in roaming mode with the local operator's SIM card.

Could also be an issue with your eSIM.

Unable to activate iMessage after porting… - Apple Community

This is definitely not my case. I've been with my carrier for 11 years now. Earlier (2 months ago), my number worked perfectly fine in imessage. What other possible solutions are there?
