I suspect SPAM. Email to SMS is a service that Bell provides and they are wise to remove it as that has notoriously been used by Spammers. You just need to delete it. It may have been a possibility that you have previously blocked that sending address so you didn't see the actual message, but the message from Bell still went through.

As with any message, you would not click any links and it should be viewed as information only. If you don't recognize any of the addresses, nothing further needs to be done.

No, it is not a message you sent. A spammer just needs to use 1234567890@txt.bell.ca as the sending address in the email where the number is your phone number. The spammers know your number which is why everyone receives Spam messages, and Bell Canada is common in your region, so that service makes it easier for them to remain anonymous just by making that guess on your network. If they are wrong and you do not have Bell, nothing happens and they are likely sending out hundreds of them with different phone numbers at the same time and just need a small number to go through.

It may also be just like you imagined and the message did not come from Bell at all and was a spoofed sending address where they just want you to click the links in that message. For the spammers, it is all about what they can get you to do and what information you provide, so they can build their profile to further target you.

In any case, just delete it and there is no further action needed and nothing that they can do without you providing them the information or clicking the link that notifies them that you may be susceptible to believing what they tell you. Your device is not compromised by clicking the link and they have no access to your data, the link can just be configured to notify them that you clicked it.

I believe that is legit, you're either sending a text using your email to an phone number or vice versa which will no longer be supported, I received the same message from AT&T.

But to really confirm it you can contact Bell and see what they say.

I didn’t send a message, apparently that email send me a message using it. i’m wondering if whoever sent it is doing something scammy as the email is a couple random letters with a completely unknown domain. also, what exactly did at&t send you? did it also say that someone sent you a message ?

Looks like someone was using an email address to send you a text message.

My nephew has an ipad, I sent him a message not knowing he broke it and it was trying to send an SMS to his icloud address, don't remember the exact message from AT&T but it was along the same line as yours, about not being able to use email to send sms.
