iPhone 16 Pro constantly reconnecting to network

It seems like every time I switch an app it says reconnecting or even in the same app it seems to drop the network and I have a new iPhone 16 Pro

Try restarting your router.


Does this happen on all Wi-Fi networks (such as Starbucks, MacDonald’s or your local library or just your home network.


Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
