Sd Card unreadable after removing from iPad

So I inserted my SanDisk on iPad to upload some pictures. And since there is no eject option, i just removed it, and now it is unreadable and lost all content. Can you please fix this issue?

As described, you may have disconnected your SD Card during an active "write" - and may have corrupted the SD Card. You can only safely disconnect flash storage devices, of any type, when you are certain that all 'write" activity has ceased.

If the storage device does not have a visible indicator lamp, the only way that you can be totally certain that all "write" operations have ceased is to only disconnect from iOS/iPadOS when the host device has been fully shut-down from settings:

Settings > General > Shut Down

As for your SD Card, if corrupted, it may be necessary to re-format the card - and in so doing erase it. You might be able to repair the card without reformatting if connected to a Mac computer or Windows PC. If the computer is unable to repair the SD Card, you might be able to use proprietary file-recovery software such as SanDisk Rescue Pro to recover lost files.
