iphone 12 Pro Max keeps freezing & restarting

My iPhone 12 started freezing and restarting on its own yesterday and idk what to do. I'm on the latest iOS and all my apps are up to date. I've also done a reset to all my phone settings and done a hard reset a couple of times. my maximum battery capacity is on 78% and I've yet to do a factory reset. Is there anything else i could do to fix this??
