How can I track my stolen iPhone?

No, Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen goods. And since they made you sign out of your Apple ID on the phone, you won't have any way to track it. You'll never see the phone again.

Things you should do.

1. Change your Apple Account Password.
2. Change the passwords to social media, banking and email accounts.
3. Contact your carrier and ask them to Blacklist the phone so it can't be activated on any networks.

I hope you contacted the authorities. Apple does not track locations with serial numbers for privacy reasons. I am not sure if having it as a trusted 2FA device will help.
