I am unable to change my Apple ID email address Hi everyone, I’m having trouble changing my Apple ID email. Every time I try to add the email I want to replace the one I’m currently using, a message pops up and says “Could not connect to iCloud. We cannot process your request, please try again later”. A new Apple Account with an incorrect email will not verify.

If the account was somehow verified by the person associated with the errant email address, it’s not yours.
