How can I fix hearing and call drop issues on my iPhone 14 Plus?
I can hear the other caller and but they can’t hear me?

That doesn't sound like dropped calls. That sounds like your microphone not working if they can't hear you. See this for suggestions --> If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
