Unwanted McAfee pop-ups on MacBook Pro

I somehow clicked something, I think it was a pop up about Adobe flash player, and now I am getting constant pop up notifications from McAfee. To be clear, I DO NOT have McAfee downloaded and never have. How do I get rid of these pop ups and make sure my MacBook Pro is ok? I tried doing some research and found some tips on looking up things but most tell me to turn off notifications for McAfee which I do not have downloaded I’m not so good at this stuff but I did start nosing around and found these files (shown in photo) that I’m not sure of. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Should I take it to Apple and let them check it? Im not sure of what to do

If these are sliding in the from the top right of the screen, a site you visited has given itself permission to send push notifications. Everything you're seeing is nothing but a scam.

Open Safari's preferences (Settings). Click on the Websites tab and then scroll down to Notifications. Clear any entries in the right hand window. You might find something similar in the Pop-up Windows heading below that. Block any you don't recognize.

Then if you want, uncheck the box to the right, as shown below here.

I personally can't think of any reason why I would ever want any website to push notices to me.
