Is there an option to hide calendar invitees i.e. guests should not be able to see who else is invited? I see this as a common feature in most calendars, not able to find it on ios calendar.

Unfortunately, the Calendar app on iPhone doesn’t currently have an option to hide invitees from each other.
If you're creating an event and inviting multiple people, everyone on the list will be able to see who else is invited. This option might be there on other calendar platforms/apps (though there aren’t any I use or can think of at the moment).
Right now, the only real workaround would be to create separate events for each person, which isn’t ideal, and could be SUPER time consuming.
If you really need that kind of privacy for invitees, using a different calendar platform might give you more control.
