mophie powerstation pro XL Don't work any more

I am writing to report an issue with my Mophie Powerstation Pro XL. I purchased it in October 2024, and it has recently stopped working.


Could you please let me know the steps to proceed with a warranty claim or repair? I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

You would be best advised to seek assistance from Mophie Support - as, hopefully, you will have registered the PowerStation Pro XL with Mophie.


Otherwise, if purchased directly from Apple, you might seek assistance from the Genius Bar at an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP). Be aware that being a third-party charging accessory, you will very likely be referred to Mophie Support.
