iPhone 15 Pro Max Shows Charging Without Any Charger Connected

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The charging indicator sometimes shows that the phone is charging even when no charger (wired or wireless) is connected. I have tried restarting the phone, which temporarily fixes the issue, but it reappears after a day or two.

I’ve also checked the charging port for dust or moisture and ensured the iOS is up to date. The issue still persists.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone found a permanent fix? Should I consider visiting an Apple Store for a hardware check or possible replacement?

I would appreciate any guidance or similar experiences from others.
