From the day one till now, it has been like i get the shock from camera capture button ,while charging phone, does it happens with every 16 users,
how to resolve it.

If you noticed it on day one, you should’ve returned it for an exchange. But you should still visit wherever you purchased it, assuming Apple, and tell them what you are experiencing. I’m assuming if the Geniuses also experience it they should replace your iPhone under warranty.
