This Apple Account is either not valid or not supported. It says like this (it is a account that someone else used and I don't know password so I'm trying to chnage and it says like that. (And it's very difficult I can't update any apps in my phone).

You will not be able to update an app that was downloaded by someone else using a different Apple Account without knowing that password. Your only option is to deleted the app and download it again using your Apple Account that you know the password too.
