Hello. I have set up a sleep schedule and a wake up alarm with it. In the morning when it starts, it only lasts 3 seconds and then shuts off without me touching or looking at the phone. Sometimes it happens with normal alarms. Can you help me, please?

Usually the Attention Attention Awareness features can cause this which checks when you are looking at your iPhone and automatically changes certain settings such as lowering/stopping alarms. If you have any cases, screen protectors, accessories, remove them and test again, they could be interfering with the TrueDepth sensor. It’s also worth it to turn that feature off and see if that solves it. Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Scroll down to Attention Awareness Features, and turn off.
