Can I exchange a newly bought black iPhone 16e for white?

I'm not clear on whether you bought from an authorized Apple store.

If you bought directly from Apple, you have 14 days to return the phone for a refund.

If you bought from another store, you will need to check with them to ask about their policies.

Check with the store to see if you can return it and then get the phone you wanted.
