But the Latest version for Sequoia should be:
(2.4.62)
I'm unable to update manually (This should be updated by the MacOs update).
I really need this updated since this old version has some serious vulnerabilities.

As leroydouglas said, if you are running Sequoia 15.5, then you must have 2.4.62.
What is the output of the following command in Terminal?
which httpd
If it is anything other than
/usr/sbin/httpd
it means that you have installed it and thus are not running the one that comes with the OS.

The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.5 - I would start there and compare your results...

You've probably installed Homebrew and are running an old Homebrew version.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I have the computer fully updated to Sequoia 15.5, that is why I find this issue so weird, Apache httpd should update with each MacOS update.
There is no known way to manually update Apache httpd, in fact, usually Apple advises to install a separated version, if you need a different version installed on your Mac, in the usr folder. This does not work for me, I need the native Apache version updated, since, as I mentioned, the older versions have some serious vulnerabilities.
