my iphone 15 pro max back panel got damged when i was travelling then in urgence i replaced it in local repair shop when i visited apple store for original they reject to replace the original

It might be possible for you to order a back glass kit from the Apple Self Service Repair Store.
But even if you can get the parts, it sounds like Apple won't touch the phone, now that you've let someone who is not Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Facility tamper with it. You'd need to find someone else to do the repair.

As lobsterghost1 correctly states, Apple reserves all the rights to deny your iPhone service if it had an unauthorized repair performed on it. Unauthorized repair shops do not have the genuine parts and manuals to service your iPhone as Apple doesn’t distribute it to them.
Your only option left as stated is iPhone Self Service Repair, but that is an often costly and extensive repair measure only for those who know what they are doing. If performed incorrectly, you can further damage your iPhone to the point where it’s unusable. Or if the iPhone is still functioning now, you may be able to use it for a bit longer until it fails, but that’s when you’ll need to purchase a new iPhone and be more mindful of where you have it repaired.
You permitted someone other than Apple to tamper with your phone. Once you do that, Apple won't touch the phone going forward. This is a user to user only forum and we cannot do anything to help you with this.
Perhaps the best option is for the OP to live with the non-genuine replacement part. Water under the bridge; what is done is done; and make a note not to use unauthorized shops to do repairs on the next phone.
