it used to be possible to see all passwords generated in the last 30 days, but I cannot find them anymore. I have an account I need to access ASAP that I recently generated a password for which for some reason my phone did not save, but the password reset system is not working so now I am completely locked out, so I need to find the password the phone generated.

This was available in iOS 17. iOS 18 removed that capability by design. The only way to find a recently generated password is by selecting the individual domain. You’ll have to take this up with Apple by submitting feedback asking for the feature to return.
In the passwords app tap the up and down arrows icon on the bottom left hand corner under ALL PASSWORDS it will allow you to sort your passwords by date created
Have tried that, it only orders the ones that are saved properly and linked to websites/apps. You used to be able to see all the passwords that had been generated over the last 30 days regardless of whether you saved them or not.
How about trying to access them through your iCloud account through your browser?
