Your phone can’t update to a newer version of iOS and it never will.
If applications require a newer version of iOS, you can’t update them or use them.
Nobody here on this user to user support forums can do anything about it.
Your only option is to buy a newer model that can support a newer version of iOS.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but if apps require you have a newer iOS to download, that was the app developers decision, not Apple. Sometimes apps will do this for practical purposes because most users are on the latest iOS, or compatibility issues, or sometimes they are required by law such as UPI Payment apps. You can most certainly speak to the app developer regarding this, but once again not Apple as they did not make this decision.
