The iOS 26 beta hasn't been released to the public yet. If you want early access, you'll need to download the developer beta directly from Safari by visiting Apple's Developer Program website.
Not unless you have an extra device dedicated for “experimentation” …
Do not even consider installing Beta software on any device where reliability matters and you expect and/or need it to work.
