My Apple TV+ auto plays a random irrelevant irritating show (recently buccaneers😡) that’s NOT even in my playlist, at the end of the last episode of a series I was watching!!! How do I stop this from happening? Or even better, how do I delete shows like that from my Apple TV+?!!!

Today I discovered how to turn off autoplay for AppleTV. You have to go to the settings for the app not within the AppleTV app, but rather, the Settings app.
Settings
Apps
TV (should be at the top of the App Settings section)
You can then set whatever settings you want off or on.
For your specific situation: Play a Recommendation... Off
This is also where you can turn off Autoplay for "Play Next Episode".
