How do I add backgrounds or green screen to Photobooth 13.1 on my MacBook Air?

After Catalina OS, Photobooth is NOT supported by Apple, losing all capacity for customization. Apple, why BOTHER keeping built-in apps when you make them obsolete/useless & FORCE Mac users to buy outside apps to perform functions EARLIER macbook apps performed with ease??
