Unable to delete Shade app from my Mac Studio running Sequoia

I'm using an app for work that allows us to work remotely with footage and projects. It's called Shade and I've already talked to their customer support. Sometimes the app has been buggy, so I do a clean uninstall/re-download the app to re-install an updated version. Unfortunately, in uninstalling the old app, somehow I've created copies of the app that just won't delete. Attached are screenshots of the finder where the apps are in the application folder, the apps in the bin, and the error message I receive when trying to delete them from the trash.

I've also tried force emptying the trash using terminal and this command: sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/

But I am told that it is not allowed even with my admin password.

And becuase I know someone will ask, in terms of that warning, this is the info - nothing seems to be locked.

No, the padlock would just allow me to change those read/write settings or permissions. Unlocking it did nothing.

However, booting up in safe mode and then emptying the trash solved the issue. Thank you so much.
