my iPhone was blocked by scammers
My daughter, Adelina, logged out of her account and logged in to someone else's apple ID that she found on the internet. Her phone immediately locked. The lock said "log in to Telegram." I immediately connected her phone to iTunes and reset it to its factory settings, but the phone was already permanently locked. I have a photo of the account and password of the fraudsters, but it says it's deactivated. I have the iPhone box and a warranty letter from the store where the phone was purchased. I bought it new on July 26, 2026. At first, this phone had my account "a*******5@icloud.com", then I gave it to my daughter and we created a new account for her "ad********2@icloud.com". Now the phone has been hacked by a fraudster with the account "m*********662@iloud.com". I ask you to delete the fraudsters' account and give me back control of the phone. The child entered someone else's data due to stupidity and ignorance. The scammers took advantage of the child's naivety and trust. Please resolve this issue. If necessary, I can video chat with you to show and prove that the phone belongs to me.
