That is normal. The iPad uses Fast Charging to get to 80%, then you will see that message as it slow charges the rest of the way to 100%. The purpose is to prolong your battery life as the temperature increases when using Fast Charging. The message you see is a little misleading as it does not mean there is a problem with your iPad and it has not overheated. After Fast Charging to 80%, there was always a pause to cool down before continuing to charge slowly to 100%, now there is just an alert explaining what it is doing.

oh i see should i charge ipad 100% for few days for battery calibration or 80 limit is good

80% limit is fine and your iPad will automatically charge to 100% on occasion to calibrate the battery. Just don't prevent that from happening by removing it from the charger when you see it charge beyond 80%. It is doing that so it can recalibrate the battery.

It is also fine to just use Optimized Charging without a limit and charge your iPad all night, every night. Then it will be ready for a full 100% in the morning. It charges to 80% on its own and holds until just before you normally take it off the charger will it will slowly charge to the remaining 100%.

In any case, the message you see is not something to worry about. That is how charging has always worked, but the message is now letting you know what is going on. Sometimes too much information can be a bad thing and only cause confusion, which seems to be the case for this message as others have been alarmed by it too.
