iPhone only works on Wi-Fi after being stolen

hey everyone, my phone was stolen and I got it yesterday but they bypassed it and it doesn’t work networks and only works with WiFi how do I fix this

No one can "bypass" your iPhone unless know your passcode, Apple ID and Password. Even then, I'm not sure what you mean by "bypass".


Did you contact your carrier when the phone was stolen to let them know? If yes, they would have blacklisted the phone making it impossible to use as a phone.


If the phone is having cellular network problems, you need to contact your carrier to get things going again.

If the thieves swiped a physical SIM card, and you didn’t get it back with the phone, you need to contact your carrier. Both to set up service for yourself and to keep the thieves from enjoying free cellular service, with another phone, on your dime.


If they broke the phone, you would need to take it to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Facility to get an estimate of the cost to repair the damage.
