Sorry, but no. The iPhone 6S can only be updated to iOS 15.8.x - the most recent being iOS 15.8.4. Your iPhone 6S fundamentally does not support iOS 16 or later.
If you need a more recent version of iOS than your iPhone is capable, you have no alternative other than to replace the iPhone with a much newer or current model.
