How can I get my money back from my Apple Account?

I put money into my Apple account, thinking it was the Apple Cash and it wasn’t. When I use the reader in the stores and put my phone up to the reader to scan, it does not complete the transaction so I wanna take that money out of my Apple account because it’s not letting me use it and put it back into my bank account. How do I get that money back?

You can contact Apple and they may be able to reverse the transaction as long as none of the money has been spent on your Apple Account.

You are correct that you cannot use your Apple Account to make purchases in stores.

Officially, any money put onto an Apple account is non-refundable and may be spent ONLY on Apple goods and services.

However, humans DO make mistakes.

Contact Official Apple Support ; explain your situation, ask for their understanding and a refund.
