The left earpiece of the AirPods Pro is not working

The left Earpods Pro earphone does not work, everything that is listed on the Apple website, I have already done, did not help. I think the reason is that the headphones have different firmware. The left earphone, which does not work, has firmware 5E133, and the right one, which works 6F21. I tried updating them many times according to the instructions, but nothing worked. If anyone has encountered this, please help.

If you cannot get them updated, the firmware, you might want to go to the Apple Store and have the techs there update the firmware for you
