Did not get a jack to cabled in my Beats Studio 3 packaging despite the headphones having a jack port

Hello Apple Support community,

I hope everyone is doing well with their iDevices.

So. I bought the Beats Studio 3 as a gift for somebody 3 years ago. Now we both have AirPods Pro 2, but I got back the headphones.

I didn't notice it right away but I clearly remember when unpacking them 3 years ago that I never saw any jack to jack cable, if it's the same thing as the RemoteTalk cable some people mention on apple support. I am fine with bluetooth for AirPods, but for headphones I'd love to listen to music, and VoiceOver (I am blind) especially on my Mac, via cable. I know my beats clearly have this capacity as the port is there, but I never got any cable.

Is there a reliable way for me to buy this from an Apple Store at least or else?

If it can help I really mean the beats studio 3, which are different from the Beats Studio pro. Mine are microUSB for charging, the latter are usb c.

Thanks a lot!

Beats

Among others: https://www.amazon.com/Coiled-3-5mm-Extension-Beats-Headphones/dp/B09XMXXG64

Seems it needs a cable with 3 contacts (rings) on one end, and four on the other. Presumably the fourth contact is for the control button.

You’ll have to ask Apple if they sell replacement cables, as I don’t see one listed in the Apple Store.

PS: Be careful when donning and doffing, as the Studio3 headband can crack just above the ear-cup assembly.
