My refund was approved but unable to check it

It will go back to the card where the charge occurred. The amount of time it takes depends on the bank of the card used, and when they actually post the refund to your account. In my experience it takes 3-5 business days for my bank to post any refund, whether it comes from Apple or not. On average, it may be more appropriate to expect the time to be 5-7 business days. Apple has no control over when the bank posts the refund, that is why you are directed to contact the bank of the card used if it has been longer than 30 days.
